Joseph S. Stelmack left Haskins & Sells (now part of Deloitte & Touche) to begin what is now Stelmack Dobransky & Eannace, LLC in order to provide better and more effective accounting, auditing, tax and management advisory services at more competitive and realistic fees. He began as a sole practitioner in May 1977 and developed into the current partnership. Joseph T. Dobransky was admitted into the partnership in January 1990 and Vincent M. Eannace was admitted into the partnership in January 2001. We now have twelve full time professionals (including the partners), six of whom are certified. Our CPA certificates are registered in the states of Pennsylvania and New York.

PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATION - QUALITY REVIEW

Stelmack Dobransky & Eannace, LLC is a member of both the American and Pennsylvania Institutes of Certified Public Accountants. As such, we adhere to all professional standards promulgated by the Institutes. In compliance with the Institute's requirements, we were audited in 1991, 1994, 1997, 2000, 2003 and again in 2006 by an independent third party accounting firm as part of the accounting industry's Quality Review program. This is a program whereby an accounting firm is audited by an outside independent accounting firm for compliance with the Institute's accounting and auditing standards. We are proud to report that in each of the years noted above, we received an unqualified report (a "clean opinion") and no letter of comments. The Pennsylvania Institute of CPA's has told us that only 5% of accounting firms who have a Quality Review achieve that level of professional commitment to excellence.
